Pet Policy (saMa-saMa Aisle)
At saMa-saMa Aisle (hereinafter referred to as "the property"), we have established the following Pet Policy to ensure a pleasant experience for dogs and their owners, as well as for future guests. Please review the following terms and confirm your understanding and agreement before your stay.

1. Requirements for Dogs Allowed to Stay
- ・ Only one small dog weighing less than 10 kg is permitted per stay.
- ・ The dog must be accustomed to living indoors with its owner and must be house-trained with basic manners, including toilet training.
- ・ The dog must not have a habit of indoor marking, must not damage facilities or furnishings, and must not bark excessively or howl in a manner that could disturb neighbors.
- ・ The dog must have received a rabies vaccination and a combination vaccine (5-in-1 or higher) within the past year, with at least 2 weeks having passed since each vaccination. * Please submit a vaccination certificate (copies or photos are acceptable).
- ・ Flea and tick prevention and treatment must be up to date.
- ・ The dog must not be in heat, pregnant, or have any infectious diseases.
2. Indoor Rules and Guidelines
- ・ Please wipe your dog's paws before entering the property.
- ・ If your dog marks or relieves itself anywhere other than the designated indoor toilet tray, please clean up immediately. If stains cannot be removed through regular cleaning, you may be charged for professional cleaning costs.
- ・ Do not allow your dog on beds, futons, or tables intended for human use.
- ・ Bathing or shampooing your dog in the bathroom, washing pet items in the washing machine, and using towels or tableware intended for guests on your dog are all prohibited.
- ・ If your dog sheds noticeably, please take precautions such as having them wear clothing.
- ・ Leaving your dog alone in the property (unattended) is prohibited as a general rule.
- ・ Cleaning supplies and deodorizing sprays are provided for your use. Please use them as needed.
3. Outdoor and Neighborhood Etiquette
- ・ Owners are responsible for collecting their dog's waste and disposing of it in the designated trash bins.
- ・ Leaving dog waste behind during walks around the property is strictly prohibited.
- ・ Please refrain from allowing your dog to mark the property exterior or neighboring residences, bark excessively, or engage in any behavior that may disturb neighbors.
4. Handling Damage, Stains, and Issues
If any facilities, furniture, fixtures, or equipment are damaged or soiled by your dog, please report it to us immediately.
In cases of damage or staining that cannot be addressed through regular cleaning, you may be charged the actual cost of repairs, replacements, or professional cleaning. These charges will be calculated based on the extent of the damage.
Any injury, trouble, or dispute caused by your dog to other guests, neighbors, or third parties is the sole responsibility of the dog's owner.
5. Disclaimer and Policy Violations
- ・ We accept no responsibility for accidents caused by force majeure, including injury, death, theft, or escape of pets occurring within the property.
- ・ If any false information is found in your application, or if you violate these terms, your stay may be refused.
This policy is effective from February 1, 2026.
